النساء المُسنات بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية: التفاوض الميداني واستراتيجيات اكتساب الثقة

Abstract: Social care institutions for the elderly constitute a complex social world characterized by a multiplicity of actors and governed by various logics (legal, social, cultural, etc.) this complexity makes accessing these institutions a challenging endeavor. Furthermore, conducting interviews with elderly women carries a particular sensitivity, as this social group is characterized by physical, psychological, and social vulnerability, which raises significant scientific and ethical challenges.

This paper employs a qualitative approach, based on a reflexive analysis of a fieldwork experience that included 79 research participants across five social care institutions for the elderly. The study relied on both observation and in-depth interviews. Accordingly, this paper seeks to present our field experience, highlighting the process of the means of enhancing field legitimacy, while examining low ethical legitimacy is perceived from an institutional logic percpective. Furthermore, it sheds light on the management of scientific and field distance, considering the privacy of participants, the vulnerability of elderly women, and adherence to the ethics of scientific research. The study concluded that accessing and engaging with the field is contingent upon the ability to deconstruct institutional logic and to treat emotions as field resources as tools for understanding rather than methodological obstacles. Moreover, building trust with the elderly women participating in the study requires flexibility in managing symbolic distance and transforming the interview from a mere data collection tool into a space for recognition and listening. This approach contributes to transforming relational difficulties into analytical resources that enrich sociological knowledge regarding the experience of aging within social care institutions.

ملخص:  تُشكل مؤسسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للأشخاص المسنين عالما اجتماعيا، يتسم بتعدد الفاعلين، ويخضعُ لعدة منطقيات (قانونية؛ واجتماعية؛ وثقافية…)، وهو ما يجعلُ الولوج لهذه المؤسسات، أمراً في غاية الصعوبة، كما أن إجراء المُقابلات مع النساء المُسنات تتسِمُ بالخصوصية، إذ أن هذه الفئة الاجتماعية تتسِمُ بالهشاشة الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية، مِما يطرحُ إشكالات إبستيمولوجية وأخلاقية.

وتعتمد هذه الورقة على المنهج الكيفي، قائم على التحليل الانعكاسي لتجربة ميدانية شملت 79 مشاركا في البحث، بخمس مؤسسات للرعاية الاجتماعية للأشخاص المسنين، وبالاعتماد على كل من الملاحظة والمقابلة المعمقة. بالتالي تُحاولُ هذه الورقة تقديمَ عرضٍ حول تجربتنا الميدانية، مُحاولِين تسليط الضوء على سيرورة التفاوض الميداني للولوج لهذه المؤسسات، وسُبُل تعزيز الشرعية الميدانية، وكيف تُفهمُ الشرعية الأخلاقية من زاوية المنطق المؤسساتي.  كما نُحاولُ تسليط الضوء على تدبير المسافة العلمية والميدانية، والأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية المشاركين في البحث، وهشاشة النساء المُسنات، واحترام أخلاقيات البحث العلمي.

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الولوج للميدان والانخراط فيه، مرتبط بالقدرة على تفكيك المنطق المؤسساتي، والاهتمام بالمشاعر كموارد ميدانية، وكأداة للفهم وليس كعائق منهجي. كما أن بناء ثقة النساء المسنات المشاركات في البحث أثناء إجراء البحث الميداني يتطلب مرونة في تدبير المسافة الرمزية، وتحويل المقابلة من أداة لجمع المعطيات إلى فضاء للاعتراف والانصات، مِمَا يُساهم في تَحوِيلِ الصعوبات العلائقية إلى موارد تحليلية تُثري المعرفة السوسيولوجية حول تجربة الشيخوخة داخل مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية.الكلمات المفتاحية: النساء المُسنات، مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، الهشاشة، الانعكاسية.
